1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, wellness, and personal care products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

Products once delivered are generally not eligible for return unless:

The product received is damaged
The product is defective
The wrong product has been delivered
The product package is damaged during shipping

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unopened
Original packaging, labels, seals, and invoices must be available
Product images/videos may be required for verification
The issue must be reported within the return period

Satakshi Ayurveda reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to customer handling
Items purchased during special offers where returns are not applicable

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
The actual credit time may depend on your bank or payment provider

5. Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation before the product is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Product images/video
Description of the issue

Our support team will review and assist you with a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
